How do I know what size to buy?

We are so glad you asked! Because SleekSleeves are worn on different areas for different reasons, you must measure around the area you wish to cover then refer our Sizing Instructions for your recommended size.  Our sizes are unisex so you may need to size down from your normal size to get a snug fit that stays in place.  Our fabrics are soft and stretchy for slide-on comfort.

How long are the Arm Bands?

How quickly can I get my SleekSleeves?

You can get your order very quickly! We ship from our warehouse in NH every morning with your choice of several USPS shipping options:

  • Standard -1st Class Mail – Free - 3-5 day service within the US
  • Expedited - Priority Mail - $5.60 – 2-3 day service within the US
  • Express Mail - $20.00 – 1-2 day service within the US (M-F, no holidays)
  • Canadian Flat Rate - $8.00 – 5-7 day service
  • International Flat Rate - $15.00 – 5-10 day service

Is there someone I can speak to directly at SleekSleeves?

We are happy to speak to you. Simply call 603-483-3474.  If you get the answering machine, please leave a message.  We respond to all calls within 24 hours. Email is often even quicker, sales@sleeksleeves.com

Does SleekSleeves ship internationally?

Yes, SleekSleeves are shipped throughout the world for a flat rate of $15 for one or many items.  The shipping rate to Canada is $8 per order.  Please contact us in advance, at info@sleeksleeves.com, for advice on achieving the best fit.

How long will it take to get my order in the UK?

We ship from our warehouse every morning, so your order will enter the USPS within 24 hours. International orders typically arrive in 7-10 days.

Do you have a storefront where I can purchase SleekSleeves?

Currently, SleekSleeves are available online only.  The SleekSleeves.com website offers our full line of products and the very latest fabrics and models.

How can I exchange/return an item?

Simply contact us by email at sales@sleeksleeves.com 

Please provide:

  • your order number, if possible
  • the name to which the item was shipped 
  • tell us what you would like in exchange or if you would like to return an item.

We will respond quickly with a no-hassle fix—at no cost to you. Excellent customer service is our thing!

What is the fabric content of SleekSleeves? 

Our fabrics are nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex blends, similar to most athletic wear.  Customers find them breathable, smooth and comfortable with just enough stretch to keep them in place.

Are SleekSleeves waterproof?

SleekSleeves are not waterproof, but there are many other products on the market that are and you can find them by searching “waterproof arm covers” on the web. Our spandex blend fabrics provide protection from snagging and particulates as well as giving you the privacy of stylish device coverage.

Can SleekSleeves be worn in the water?

Yes, as long as your device can get wet, you can wear SleekSleeves in the water.  Many customers wear SleekSleeves while swimming to secure and protect their medical device from snagging and particulates.  We always recommend that you check with your care provider for your specific needs.

Can I send a SleekSleeves to my friend when I don’t know their size?

Yes, we offer Gift Cards so your friend can choose the color and size that’s best for them. Provide the recipients email address and they will receive a Gift Card notification immediately that includes their redemption code and your personalized well wishes.  This is a great what to help loved ones Look Good * Feel Better.
